It has now been seven days since my first celery post, and of the two, one has grown a lot. The other is growing as well, but slower. I still do not have them in any dirt, only sitting on a paper towel with a bit of water in the bottom.
I am now thinking that it will grow and only produce seed, rather than a bunch like you would see at the store. But that is fine with me; I love to cook with the seed, and it will give me my own supply to plant. Below are some photos of the one that is really taking off.
